Blue Sky Private Equity (BSPE) specialises in providing rapidly expanding Australian companies with additional capital to help support their growth.
BSPE was founded in 2006 and currently has investments in eight companies across a broad range of industries, including retail, consumer goods, equipment hire, manufacturing, media and mining services. These investments have generated an internal rate of return (IRR) of approximately 30% for investors.
In 2010, BSPE launched its expansion capital fund (EC2010 Fund) which will make further investments in rapidly growing businesses with a need for additional capital. The EC2010 Fund is Australia's only direct private equity fund with an Approved rating from a major research provider (Zenith).
