The focus is to be long term holders of Australian residential property. The type of property we are focusing on is affordable (AUD$250,000 - AUD$400,000) with high rental yields (5% - 6% gross) and low vacancy rates in areas with strong population growth and low new dwelling starts.
The two areas we have identified for the next 24 months that fit our investment criteria are South East Queensland and Townsville. These regions have strong population growth, large Government capital expenditure, historically high rental yields and low vacancy rates.
