Jane is responsible for providing in-house legal counsel across all aspects of the business and performing the company secretarial function. Jane was previously based at a London law firm where she advised on fund establishments and investments as well as a range of joint venture, venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions. Prior to her time in London, she worked at Brisbane-based law firm McCullough Robertson Lawyers in the Corporate Advisory Group. Jane also worked as an associate in the Supreme Court of Queensland. Jane has a Bachelor of Arts/Law from the University of Queensland and was admitted as a solicitor in 2005.

Alan is the Funds Administrator at Blue Sky Alternative Investments and is responsible for unit pricing, registry and all other funds administration. Alan has worked for a broad range of fund managers and financial institutions, both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Blue Sky he worked as Supervisor of Unit Trust Pricing and Registry at QIC. Alan has also worked as a Unit Pricing Analyst for the Bank of Bermuda and Head Unit Trust Dealer for Edinburgh Fund Managers.

Sue is the Compliance Officer of Blue Sky Alternative Investments. Sue is responsible for implementing and managing the compliance obligations of the Blue Sky Group. Sue has over 20 years' administration experience within the funds' investment and superannuation industry. She has held management positions within the areas of client administration, customer service and compliance. Sue has worked with a range of organisations including the AMP Society, the Retirement Benefits Fund Board and Synergy Capital Management Pty Ltd. Sue holds a Diploma in Superannuation Management from Macquarie University and has also acted as a Responsible Manager.

Janet is the Financial Controller of Blue Sky Alternative Investments. Her responsibilities include financial management, monthly budgeting and forecasting, corporate governance and audit compliance. Janet was previously employed as Finance Manager at Uranium Equities Ltd – a listed mining company – managing the finance and administration function, human resources management, financial board reporting, budgeting and ASX and statutory reporting compliance. Her other earlier employment includes several finance roles including working at Callcredit PLC (UK) and Arthur Andersen (UK). Janet is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Liz joined Blue Sky Alternative Investments in March 2011 as Assistant Accountant. Liz has over 20 years' administration and management experience in various industries including managing her own small business in the catering and hospitality industry.
