Debra is the Global Head – Institutional Relationships of Blue Sky Alternative Investments. She is based between Brisbane and New York to establish Blue Sky's presence in North America and Europe while growing the domestic assets and client-focused distribution strategy. Debra is a specialist in capital introductions and has more than 15 years' experience working in financial services leading foreign and domestic investment and distribution strategies for the National Australia Bank, Rio Tinto, Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS), GT Capital and Invest Australia. Previously Debra was a Partner in the GT Capital Access Group in New York and was responsible for capital introductions between alternative asset managers and investors as well as managing relationships with clients. She has also worked as Investment Director at Invest Australia, part of the Australian Consulate in New York, and was responsible for driving foreign direct investment. Debra holds US securities licences – NASD Series 7 and 63 and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has an MBA from Melbourne Business School (University of Melbourne) and a Bachelor of Arts (Business/Communications) from Curtin University of Technology.

David Fraser is the Global Head – Private Client Relationships of Blue Sky Alternative Investments. He is responsible for developing domestic and offshore opportunities, working across Australian, Asian, North American and European markets, and drawing on his extensive experience in managing investment portfolios for institutional, high net worth and retail clients. Previously David was Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse AG where he was responsible for growing FUM and facilitating investment opportunities for the Investment Banking and Asset Management divisions. He also worked at Invest Brisbane, the investment arm of Brisbane Marketing, as both the Sydney and Brisbane Director, leading investment teams in generating revenue for Brisbane and discovering new channels for growing local industry sectors. David holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Business Communication from the Queensland University of Technology.

Vaughan is the National Relationship Manager at Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited. He is responsible for building relationships within the Australian financial advisory market and managing Australian based key corporate accounts including private banks, dealer groups, researchers and platforms. Vaughan has over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry having held senior advisory and distribution positions within both local and international institutions including HSBC, QLD Treasury, GoldmanSachs JBWere and Certitude Global. Vaughan recently held the position of State Manager for a leading multi-billion dollar fund manager, Certitude Global, specialising in the provision and distribution of investment solutions through a broad network of Financial Planners, Accountants and Family Offices. Prior to this Vaughan worked as a financial planner providing strategic advice to high net worth investors.

Kerry is the Investor Relations Manager at Blue Sky Alternative Investments and is responsible for marketing, investor communications and sales support across the Blue Sky Group. Kerry has vast experience across direct marketing and fundraising and has held senior positions in customer relationship management. Kerry is currently completing her Masters of Business (Advanced) at the University of Queensland.

Madeline is the Investor Relations Associate of Blue Sky Alternative Investments. She joined Blue Sky in August 2011 after completing a degree in Journalism and works closely with the Investor Relations Manager and the distribution team. Madeline contributes to marketing, investor communications and sales support.
