David manages the Private Real Estate portfolio with responsibilities including property developments, initial strategic review of potential opportunities, detailed financial and strategic assessment of the merits of projects and the ongoing review and performance management of the property portfolio. David's background is in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and Investec Bank.

Keiran joined Blue Sky Private Real Estate in July 2009 having worked in construction and development for some of the largest South East Queensland organisations over the past 10 years specialising in the residential, retail and commercial sectors of the market. Keiran's role is to manage and develop the existing portfolio of Blue Sky Private Real Estate's assets along with the sourcing of new investment opportunities for the Blue Sky Group and its investors. Keiran is responsible for all aspects of the development cycle from acquisition, sales, financing to construction and exits.
