| Kim Morison . | . Managing Director
Kim Morison is the Managing Director of BSWP and is also responsible for investment strategy, investment management and operations, resourcing, financial performance, client services and investment reporting. Prior to joining BSWP, Kim was General Manager, Marketing for CSR Sugar, where he oversaw sales of two million tonnes of raw sugar (A$600+ million) each year from its milling division. Other prior roles include Division Director at Macquarie Bank’s Agricultural Commodity Trading division with joint responsibility for its international cotton trading operations. Kim holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Economics from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia. Kim has also completed the Agribusiness program at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

| Graham Dooley . | . Chairman
Graham is the Chairman of BSWP. He has over 40 years’ experience in the water industry including infrastructure design, construction management, commissioning and large scale operations and executive management in both the public and private sectors. Over the past 20 years, he has been Chairman, Director or CEO of nearly forty companies and organisations. Graham has been involved with the Australian Water Association since 1983, serving first as Federal Secretary, then President of the South Australia Branch, and currently as a Director of the national body. He was appointed Chairman of Water Australia in 2011, and was a non-executive director of the Water Industry Alliance of South Australia between 1997 and 2008. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Public Administration from The American University in Washington DC. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

| A/Prof Robert Thomas . | . Non-Executive Director
Robert Thomas is a Non-Executive Director at Blue Sky Water Partners. He is an environmental scientist with 35 years’ experience in both private and public sector agencies. He is currently Chief Scientific Advisor for the Olympic Dam Task Force (South Australia) advising the South Australian State Government on environmental matters in relation to its negotiations with BHP Billiton. His previous experience includes roles as an environmental consultant, environmental regulator, natural resources manager and research manager. Robert provides BSWP with a deep understanding of the regulatory framework of Australia’s water resources and its rural irrigation systems. He has been an international speaker on a range of topics including bio-fuels, water resources management and environmental protection. He holds a Masters from Brunel University in London and two Bachelor degrees from the University of Adelaide. He has been awarded an honorary associate professor title by the University of Adelaide. |

| Jim Papanicolaou . | . Chief Operating Officer
Jim Papanicolaou is the Chief Operating Officer of BSWP and is responsible for business administration, corporate governance, compliance and investment administration of all investment portfolios. Jim has thirteen years’ experience in the accounting profession including audit, taxation and business consulting. His previous roles include Senior Business Risk Manager at Bankers Trust (now BT Funds Management), Service Delivery Risk Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at JP Morgan and General Manager of Property Funds Management at Kinsmen Securities Limited. Jim holds a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Accounting) from the University of Adelaide and is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

| Louise Kerber . | . Investment Operations Manager
Louise joined BSWP in May 2008 and is responsible for investment operations activities including deal execution and transaction management, reporting of water assets and liaising with investors, service providers, brokers and regulatory bodies. Prior to BSWP she worked at Seed Technology & Marketing, where she was Domestic Operations Manager, Business Development Manager & Grower Services Manager and dealt with the rural community to contract production with growers and ensure timely delivery and processing of the seed for sale to domestic and international clients. Louise holds a BManagement, University of South Australia, 2003.

| Hannah Thomas . | . Investment Operations
Hannah joined BSWP in November 2008. She assists the Investment Operations Manager in areas such as deal execution and transaction management, reporting of water assets and liaising with investors, service providers, brokers and regulatory bodies. Hannah will complete her studies combining a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide in 2012. She is also currently undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University.
